Volunteer

CSPES Fall Festival relies on the volunteer support of our amazing CSPES community. Individual volunteer slots will be available for signup at a later date, but in the meantime, we are looking for volunteers to help lead various areas of this beloved event.

Being a Fall Fest Lead does NOT mean doing it all yourself! Leads will take ownership of planning and coordinating their area, work with the PTO on purchases and logistics, and let us know how many volunteers they need for setup and the day of the event. We’ll support you along the way! We are looking for leads for:

📸 Photo Booth Lead

Help design a fun Fall Fest photo spot, coordinate the decorations and supplies needed, oversee setup, and determine how many volunteers are needed to help bring it to life.

🎃 Pumpkin Patch & Painting Lead

Coordinate our mini pumpkin patch and pumpkin painting area, including pumpkins, decorations, painting supplies, setup, and volunteer needs. You’ll also partner with the Photo Booth Lead since the photo area will be located at the front of the pumpkin patch.

✨ Face Painting & Glitter Tattoo Lead

Help us bring a little extra sparkle to Fall Fest! Coordinate a reasonably priced face painter, purchase glitter tattoo supplies, plan the station setup, and determine how many volunteers will be needed.

🧒 Kid Vendor Lead

Coordinate our kid vendor area from start to finish! Send out the call for student vendors through school leadership, communicate with participating families, plan the setup, and share event-day logistics.

🛍️ Small Business Vendor Lead

Help coordinate our community vendor area by sending out the call for small business vendors, communicating with participants, planning the setup, and sharing event-day logistics.

👻 Haunted Hallway Lead

Take the lead on one of our Fall Fest favorites! Coordinate the theme, decorating, setup, and event-day logistics for the haunted hallway, including identifying volunteers needed for setup and during the event. Don’t worry—you won’t be starting from scratch! Last year’s lead can share what worked and lessons learned.

🎯 Games Lead

Help keep the fun moving! Coordinate morning-of game setup and oversee the game area during Fall Fest, helping volunteers rotate as needed and making sure our students all get a chance to play.

🎟️ PTO Ticket Table Lead

Own the PTO ticket table for Fall Fest, including coordinating ticket sales and collection and organizing volunteers to keep the table running smoothly throughout the event.

🎁 PTO Raffle Lead

Coordinate raffle donations and prizes leading up to Fall Fest, organize and oversee the raffle table during the event, and help announce our lucky winners!
